Monday 16th fished an afternoon trip with the Fevers and had a great redfish bite.  Caught tons of fish with a few over 10 pounds.

Thursday 19th Capt Richard Took out Andrew Cirillo and his customer and found a good steady inshore bite.  They boated 40 trout with 11 over 2 pounds and 13 redfish, mostly on DOA Shrimp and Zman chattter baits.

Saturday 21st Capt John Friel fished with Tyler Brown and they boated about 20 trout and took a few home for dinner that night, caught on live bait under popping corks.

I went to Biloxi, MS on Wednesday to prefish and fish in SKA Nationals.  Wednesday we fished around some oil rigs and shrimp boats and caught 25 blackfin tuna, 1 yellowfin and a wahoo, also caught: grouper, weakfish, snapper, pompano, and jacks jigging around the rigs.  Thursday we prefished and caught tons of kings mostly between 25-30 pounds, then went to jig bait for the next day.  Friday it was on, best king bite that I have ever seen.  We boated 71 fish and released 30 fish over 35 pounds.  Weighed in our 2 biggest fish 45 and 47 pounds and took 10th place overall and best finish out of all South Carolina boats.  Got rough on Saturday so we went home.

A weeks worth of inshore slams 10/19-10/25

10/21 Capt Richard fished in the harbor with long time customer B Franklin Mom and Father-in-law.  These 2 were great both in their late 80's and still fishing strong, went out for a few hours and caught 15 sea trout.

I fished with a group out of Kiawah today and they boated 15 trout, 1 redfish, 1 sheepshead and some bottom fish.

Friday I fished the harbor with Ned Mcnealey who fished with me 3 weeks ago in the CF Redbone Tourney.  Ned is a great outdoorman and must have a lucky horse shoe.  We went back to some skinny water spots and they caught 15 huge trout ( 2-7 pounds), 13 redfish, 1 blue, and 2 flounder to complete the slam.  Glad we had a great day because I lost my sunglasses first thing, and then dropped my new pliers in the drink.  Oh well great day fishing made up for it.

Saturday I fished out of Kiawah with Chris Renolds and his future wife.  They had fun with steady action :6 redfish, 12 trout, and 2 sheepshead.

Capt John Friel ran the harbor trips today and his first trip they got the slam with 4 redfish, 6 trout, and 3 nice flounder.  His second trip the caught a dozen trout.

10/3 and 10/4 CF Redbone good fish Sunday 100 plus redfish

First day we started trying to catch some trout, boated about a dozen but all were small and wouldnt score so we moved on to find some bigger reds.  Next 2 spots didnt produce much, but third spot was a charm William an Matt caught 24 big redfish all 7-13 pounds.

Second day was probably one of my best days guiding.  Fished with Ned Mcneally and Brent, since trout spot didnt produce any big fish yesterday we heded way North to a spot I havent fished in a while for a gamble on some big trout.  They were there but not in numbers we need 2 out of 3 trout scored, then tons of small ladyfish and reds moved in.  We moved onand could not keep a line in the water, doubles nonstop.  Brent and Ned boated about 100 reds in 3 hours, went through 10 dozen shrimp.  Moved to take a break and look for bigger fish and our luck continued we found some huge red in a small low tide pool and the guys caught about 40 more but these fish were bigger with most averaging 10 pounds plus.  They ended the day with well over 100 redfish, 6 trout, 6 ladyfish.  We did get highest point total for day 2, and 2nd most redfish release, and placed 3rd in tourney.
